The following are exempt from the payment of a vignette: vehicles and buses that perform public transport in accordance with the Law on Road Transport of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and vehicles that perform the transport of children to school (school buses). Proof of the transportation of children to school is the contract that these carriers have with the city of Mostar
